Nepal is known as one of the poorest countries of the world. Only the Ruling elites are using the resources of Nepal. As a result Development rarely reaches into the huts of the people and contributes to change their existing positions. Most of the people are facing poverty even though they are hard laboring. The realization of this fact caused a group of people to look at the existing development process critically. Finally, the group came to the conclusion that breaking vicious circle of injustice is not possible as it perpetuates. Unless the poor marginalized, disadvantaged and victim understand about rights, and pressurized duty bearers to become an accountable towards fulfilling their duties .The rural women Development Centre would like to assist them for self reliance, rights based development model, and based practices need to be demonstrated in order to change traditional beliefs, attitudes, behaviors and approaches of development rather than only injecting and Uptake-pathways technology and resources. There is strong feeling and need to have group of committed, caliber and pro-advocate new System of development .This group of professional could contribute for rapid, effective and sustainable development process in Nepal .
