Citizens dividend plan

Citizens Bank International is giving away 15 per cent cash dividend from the profit generated in last fiscal year. The decision was taken by the seventh annual general meeting of the bank held today. The meeting also elected Bijay Dhwoj Karki and Prakash Chandra Mainali as board directors, says a statement issued by the bank today.
