Laxmi Bank has declared a 15 percent bonus shares and a 25 percent rights shares. The bank’s 13th AGM also decided to increase the authorised capital to Rs 3 billion. Meanwhile, the bank also celebrated its 12th anniversary on Monday. The bank said it closed the second quarter with a balance sheet of Rs 32billion. The bank’s deposit base stood at Rs 28 billion against a loan portfolio of Rs 22 billion.
