Kailash Bikas Bank Limited, a national Level Development Bank which has been rendering excellent services to its clients since 22 years and which has a vision to become one of the best organization in the banking industry by serving the community. Corporate governance, transparency and long term growth have been high priorities which in turn has yield secured profit, sustained growth and smooth operation of the bank So, to give continuity to this process of excellent service the bank is looking forward to appoint few dedicated professionals in the position mentioned below:
1. Branch Managers - Officer/Senior Officer (Kathmandu)
> Nepalese Citizen who has completed Master's Degree in Management or equivalent degree from recognized university having at least 4 years of banking experience with minimum 2 years in officer level.
> Bachelor's Degree in Management or equivalent degree from recognized university having at least 6 years of banking experience with minimum 2 years in officer level.
2. Trainee Assistants - Few (Pokhara & Thanti Pokhari, Gorkha District)
> Nepalese citizen who has completed Bachelors Degree in Management with minimum second division from a recognized University.
> Proficient in written/spoken English and Nepali
> Computer literate with a working knowledge of office applications
BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES
> Good communication, internpersonal and leadership skills
> Able to work and contribute in a team and be flexible
> Ability to lead the branch team smoothly (branch managers).
Note: Candidate applying for the above positions should not exceed 35 years for Trainee Assistants and 40 years for Branch Managers as on Ausgut 2, 2015. Local residents are encouraged to apply.
