We are looking to appoint a dynamic, motivated and resourceful individual in the following position:
Chief Risk Officer [Vacancy code: EJP-2015-05]
The incumbent must possess ability to plan, design and act on the risk management program to help the Bank in managing its risk strategically, efficiently and effectively. S/he will be responsible for ensuring that the Bank complies with all the applicable laws and regulations and adopt industries best practices.
The Chief Risk Officer (CRO) will be required to:
> Supervise all risk units of the Bank including credit risk control, operational risk, information security, legal & compliance, market risk and enterprise risk.
> Establish, communicate and facilities the use of appropriate Risk Management methodologies, tools and techniques.
> Work with business units to establish, maintain and continuously improve risk management capabilities.
> Facilities enterprise-wide risk assessments and monitor priority risks across the organization
> Implement appropriate risk reporting to the CEO, Executive Committee, Board and senior management and represent the Bank externally.
The CRO is an independent function with direct reporting line to the Board Level Risk Management Committee of the Bank.
