Department :-Information Technology
- Position:- Managerial for Department Head
- Age :- Not above 40 years.
- Qualification: Master or Bachelor in Information Technology relatedsubjects
Salary/Benefits : As per company’s rules.
Main Job Requirement :
1).Lead the IT Department of the company with vision breaking down into short-term, medium term and long-term objectives.
2) Continuous update or develop main software of the company.
3) Be able to understand each aspect of IT requirement of the the organization in detail.
4) Suggest and guide the management on maximum value addition to the organization from IT perspective and use latest technology for efficiency enhancement
5) Develop and/or implement Information Security, MIS Reporting, Disaster Recovery plans of the organization
6) Take overall responsibility of IT functions and delegate the authority properly.
Department : Legal & Compliance
- Position : Managerial for Department Head
- Age : Not above 40 years.
- Qualification : Master or Bachelor in law
Salary/Benefits : As per company’s rules.
Main Job Requirement :
1). Lead the Legal & Compliance Department of the company with long-term vision
2) Ensure total legal & regulatory compliance.
3) Co-ordinate with Management and Board in compliance related matters.
4) Provide value addition to the company from legal and compliance perspective. Preference shall be given to experience of similar nature.
