> Position: Sales Executive
> Location: Kathmandu

This position requires native Nepali language skills in both writing and speaking and it is basically focused for local people of Nepal

Main responsibility areas:
> Preparing, presenting and selling of Ncell Enterprise existing and new products. (SIM and Solutions)
> Identifying and preparing competition behavior, new technology and service requirements of the market and present to the Unit / Department when requested.
> Analyzing and creating product offering based on the need of portfolio customer’s usage leading to upsell and revenue generation.
> Carrying out activities of Portfolio Management Process leading to Retention and increase of Revenue &mobile connection of given portfolio accounts.
> Preparing reports of activities under the portfolio management on regular basis and as per need basis.
> Following up of Company Processes such as sustainability, Gift Management.
> Preparing different processes when required by the unit as and when requested by the immediate supervisor / Dept.
> Receiving and collecting customer feedback, complaints, and requests, communicating them to immediate supervisor and following up their resolution
> Collecting, analyzing and evaluating general business customer’s price change, behavior change and special service requests.
> Continuously suggesting and providing feedback to the Unit / Department on ideas to Increase Sales and Services provided by the Unit

Your qualification and experience:
> Minimum of Bachelor degree in Engineering. Additional MBA is plus.
> Minimum of 2 Years of experience in similar field.

> Should have good knowledge of Solution Sales of IT products
> Should have knowledge of local market and competitive trends
> Strong knowledge of sales operations
> Good coordination and proactive attitude
> Should be flexible with working time
> Experienced Office package knowledge (Word, Execl& Power point)
