Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO), reports to the Chief Executive Officer.
Academic Qualification: Master’s degree n Business Administration or Commerce Professional Qualification: Chartered Accountant (having ICAN membership)
Work Experience: At least 4 years working experience in Managerial position in the capacity of Chartered Accountants. Preference shall be given to the candidate having minimum three years working experience in insurance sector. Age: Preferably not exceeding 35 Years on the date of this announcement.
Required Key Skills, Qualification, Experience and Attributes:
> Must be experienced in Accounting and Financial Management, Financial reporting, preparation of budgets, monthly reports, annual reports for the insurance industry,
> Study and analysis of audited financial statement of Insurance companies.
> Sound knowledge of Financial Analysis, Investment and Treasury functions of the Insurance Industry.
> Sound knowledge of applicable acts, rules, regulations, directives etc related to Insurance industry.
> Ability to lead the department, supervise and train sub coordinates and direct them towards attaining goals with leading personality, positive attitude, °Wily to work under pressure, problem solving, friendly,
> Able to prepare strategic plans and other periodical plans of insurance sector
> Working experience in various computer based programs.
